Usually I look at retrograde planets as operating on us internally and direct planets affecting our environment which we then respond to. I dont see this as strongly with Neptune, although in direct motion we may hear more about Neptune subjects, such as marijuana legalization, spiritual and occult subjects, and the disillusionment of the citizens under corrupt systems of government, while the Aries Moon is challenged by Venus and Pluto and merges with Uranus.
