UCC-Tackie-Yarboi Daniel UDS-longitude UG-Reginald Danso(not confirmed) KNUST-Appiah Moderator(general Rep to all the campuses nd those not in school)--Wakiki - Alfred Daniels ISSUES... -Meetings(rehearsals) will be held twice every semester.venue wd not be at one location,cd be in any of the regions. -The Headmaster wd be visited this week nd the idea put before him,KB nd Wakiki r to do that with a letter. -The president of Nananom had been informed...he accepted it nd referred us to one past chorister(who did an appeal for choir robes for us at an anniv durbar.)..we r yet to contact her. We r targetting the next Nananom meeting,to fix this into their agenda. -FINANCE. It was agreed by all members that if we want this,then we cant rely on the Nananom for funds...in view of that we agreed to have a welfare dues of 20gh every semester(four months)..one can choose to pay it 5gh every month...into an account yet to be started.and by the end of March we shd all have paid our 20gh to our various reps in order for us to get to start the account. -We wd start planning to host a concert in the school,around the anniv period,nd perform at various functions of the school...so people,we need ur commitments now.
