THE PLAN For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? (Luke 14:28) Yesterday we talked on having a vision. Today, we are going to establish that with securing a plan for that vision. A vision without a plan is vague. What then is a plan? And why is it necessary? Plan is an intention of something you have decided to do. It is also a set of actions for achieving something in the future, especially a set of actions that has been considered carefully and in detail. A plan should be detailed because a detailed plan brings about a more fulfilling result. A plan also must be written. Any plan not on paper is not visible. Until you plan on paper, you have not started planning. It is said, the faintest ink is better than the sharpest brain. Some benefits accrued to planning are that it makes you see more clearly into what you want to do. It enhances your vision. It makes you to know how feasible your vision is. It also gives you a drive to accomplishing your vision. A written plan also serves as a reminder to running towards your goal. A plan definitely is of utmost importance. Therefore, have a written plan today to secure a glorious future in your vision.
