THE RADIO STAR ASCENDS TO THE TRUE STARS As well as being one - TopicsExpress

THE RADIO STAR ASCENDS TO THE TRUE STARS As well as being one of my best friends, the late Steve Ash was an invaluable asset to my regular Resonance FM radio show, Atomic Bark!, often appearing as a brilliant, expert guest on many of them, and also giving me invaluable technical help with my blog, these You Tube podcasts, and other computer related matters, connected with my Atomic Bark! projects, over the last 5 years. I would like to publicly thank him, on here, even though he will tragically never see it, now - though he always knew I was extremely grateful for all his assistance over the years. He was one of the sharpest minds I have ever known, on all things concerning life, the universe and everything, especially of a more esoteric, out-there nature, which was totally in keeping with my art-project, Atomic Bark, and he will be greatly missed (he was going to be a guest on a possible, upcoming radio show about the Gothic, in conjunction with the excellent new exhibition at the British Library, soon). Below, and in the other posts on this group, are the radio shows which I produced and hosted, with Steve as a guest (sometimes along with others, such as Jack Bowman, who did a brilliant show about the legend of Springheeled Jack - I have the link to this show, safe in a file on my PC somewhere, and will post it on here, soon, once I find it). Also note that the You Tube hits are very low on these podcasts - this is because many of them were embedded and only searchable through my blog, atomicbark.wordpress, which we later realised was a mistake, as there probably would have been many more hits via You Tube! Too late to change it now, but never mind, be rest assured that these shows would have had thousands of listeners, what with various repeats on Resonance FM, plus the podcast hits, through my blog as well as You Tube. These shows were some of the best I ever did, mainly because Steve was such an astute thinker and personable conversationalist, and we always had a great laugh doing them, going to the pub after the show, where myself, Steve and the other guests would chat and get to know each other. Good times I will always remember with fondness. Thanks Steve xx https://youtube/watch?v=GxwZ9pGJi5E
