THE RAPTORS JOIN FORCES WITH FORMER NATIONAL CHAMPIONS In an exciting development, the ISC Raptors join the West Adelaide Hellas Soccer Club forming the only club in South Australia with Premier League Mens and Womens teams, Junior boys and girls and SAASL teams. Effective from the 2015 season, the ISC Raptors will be known as the West Adelaide Raptors. The club will relocate to West Adelaides West Terrace facilities, at the corner of West Terrace and Sir Donald Bradman Drive. The Raptors will sport the blue and white stripes of Hellas for home games, and preserve its traditional yellow and blue for away fixtures. The decision marks a new and exciting era for the club. It will provide the club with greater exposure, a larger supporter base and improved facilities. The 2015 season will reflect the clubs 21st year in the South Australian Ametuer Soccer League. Founded by members of the South Australian Imbrian Community and originally known as the Adelaide Imbros Soccer Club, the Imbrian Greek heritage will still remain a feature of the club. Under its current regime, West Adelaide Hellas has in a relatively short timeframe, become one of South Australias strongest clubs. Hellas finished third in its return last season to the States Premier League (NPL), finishing second in the minor round, before being eliminated on penalties in the preliminary final. The club had the highest average home ground attendance during the 2014 season, and has also secured funding to build an impressive stadium and function centre at Kilburn. The Raptors affiliation with West Adelaide Hellas is an honour and prosperous for the clubs success and longevity. The West Adelaide Raptors looks forward to your support as it commences its planning for a successful 2015. It wont be long before the blue and white of West Adelaide dominate the States Premier and Amateur divisions. Regards
