THE REAL WORLD - LUMBEE You know, THEY TELL ME, that during the/ last Tribal Chairman election, Brooks paid folks to take down Goins signs and paid folks at the polls to turn around and not vote for Goins. Brooks told me before being elected that he would serve 7 years. He said he would force the Supreme Court to allow him to be elected to 2 3 year terms even though that would be unconstitutional. Brooks was ELECTED to a 1 year term and to a 3 year term. The Lumbee Constitution allows Chairman to be elected to 2 consecutive terms. Brooks intended before even taking office to violate Lumbee Laws. He has proven in office that he is quite willing to do whatever he wants. I never wanted to see Lumbee people have to RECALL an elected official. I have proven to Lumbee people that we have to RECALL PAIL BROOKS. He is also costing people their jobs. I have today taken steps with employers to have employees reprimanded and terminated for being stupid enough to let Brooks, the Townsends, Lowery and/or Locklear use them as stooges. Now the snakes in the corner can try and hide if you like but when crawl thru S#@T, you smell like it and I can smell your dirty, slimy hides. SO HERES THE PLAN: 1) IMMEDIATELY RECALL PAUL BROOKS 2) REMOVE AND REPLACE SUPREME COURT JUSTICES FOR HAVING VIOLATED TRIBAL CONSTITUTION 3) DO CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT REDUCING TRIBAL COUNCIL AND THEN ELECT NEW TRIBAL COUNCIL 4).ELECT NEW TRIBAL CHAIRMAN
