*****THE RISE OF WOMEN.***** As understanding and thinking grows, women will continue to play an increasinglying important role in our society. Women will bring much needed intelligence to what has been overly male-dominated society. Most men have felt insecure by the new found freedom and power of woman since Josephine Abaijas time,and most women in the business world believe they have to compete with men on mens terms but this will disappear with its unhappiness. The showing of compassion and tenderness is just as much a strenght as courage and determination and will increasingly be required in proffessional and personal decision making. Women will increasingly be able to take on positive qualities and the Family Unit strengthened through a whole number of social reforms.Social structures will enable the woman to be a proper wife and mother while also be on equal footing to men in business world. Senior positions in management will increasingly be held by a TRUE balance of men and women as intelligence surpasses old requirement of purely logical thinking. ***am writing this after so many comment towards the opposite genders in FPC PNG.. My good friends what do you say about the RISE OF WOMEN?... Constructive comments please.
