THE SAD, SADDER, SADDEST FATE OF (many) NURSES... ...and the GOOD NEWS... Meron bang maloloko kung walang nagpapaloko? Meron ba mangbibiktima kung walang magpapabiktima? EASIER SAID THAN DONE!!! WALANG NURSE NA GUSTO MAGPALOKO O MAGPAKABIKTIMA. PUMAPAYAG SYA, PIKIT MATA, DAHIL SA KAWALAN NG IBANG ALTERNATIBONG PARAAN NA ABOT NG KANYANG KAHANDAAN. Swallowing the bitter pill to be a nurse as having to volunteer to be able to experience nursing and fullfill the nursing dream. SAD FATE! In the first place, bakit naging biktima ang nurses? May nurses din ba sa likod ng mga institusying nambibiktima sa kanila? Nurses victimizing co-nurses? SADDER FATE. Also, I know EFFORTS were done and i never doubt (thank YOU and DAPAT LANG, trabaho nyo yan! THAT IS YOUR OBLIGATION AND YOU HAVE ALL THE RESOURCES), but WHERE ARE THE RESULTS? Your effort is only as good as its RESULTS. THE PROBLEM REMAINS AND REMAINS UNSOLVED OLDER THAN THE YOUNG NURSES EVER LIVED. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE RESULT TO BRING ABOUT CHANGE? Will we see it in our lifetime? Are we expecting any results? SADDEST FATE!!! Now, Nurses for Change Movement enVISIONS UNITY --> ACTION --> RESULTS. It is not ME, it is WE. It is not I it is US.... UNITED NURSES WILL MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. UNITY HAS IT, VISION DIRECTS IT, WILL DRIVES IT, GOD HELPS IT.... AMEN! Thats the good news!
