*** THE SATURDAY RUN *** This Saturday we plan to run from Starbucks on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, east of GA400. Keep an eye on the weather as we have leapt from the heat of summer to forecasted near-freezing temps Saturday morning. Please dress appropriately. See details below. Organized runs this weekend: Saturday - November 1st Starbucks: 6:00AM Additional miles before the main 7:00am run. (Check Facebook to ensure there will be other early runners). Starbucks: 7:00AM An easy group run of 4, 6, 8, 10 (or more) miles. Sunday - November 2nd Check out our Facebook page for details of ad-hoc running or cycling arrangements. The Goat Riders generally ride into the country for an easy no-drop ride. Look for the separate postings. Cycling is easy in summer, with the breeze and perspiration combination. Good cross-training for your running.
