THE SCENT OF REFORM ... In the recent past, Ive written how disappointed I am that few candidates are talking about how we reform our electoral system, a yearly disappointment of late, and thats why I was pleased to meet with Lawrence Gaughan who is running for Congress in the 5th District. To my way of thinking, he is presenting a real public dialogue worth listening to instead of the same old tripe.
