THE SELF TITLED: DEFACED-REVIEW-by Jim Allford This heavy metal band hails from the U.K. and they are making waves everywhere. The band members are: DANIELE GATTI-Vocals, DARREN TOWNER- Lead guitar, JIM TEBBS- Rhythm guitar, STEVE SAUNDERS-Bass and PAUL BRANDER-Drums. They have been playing some of the biggest music revenues for quite sometime and played with quite a few name bands. The 2013 10 song CD was produced by DAN LUCAS. SOUL CONTROL starts out the CD as feedback and then kicks in with a solid guitar riff that will have you rocking in your seats. This band can change beats at a drop of a coin and wont miss one note. Youre in for a real rollercoaster ride with these guys. STOMP is a song that will be pounding away in your head and is quite catchy, to say the least. I must admit, the guitar riff is strong from the get go. MR NOBODY starts out with a different sweet guitar riff and then it kicks in and youll be slapped around for awhile and youll get carried away within the song. BREAK THESE CHAINS will remind you of Alice in Chains with the simple, yet pounding guitars and drums as the vocals are right in your face. I know youll all love this song. THE SILENCE is far from silent as it has a dose of Soundgarden coming right at you with the steady guitar riff and great bridge in the song. You, definitely, need to check out this metal band , if thats what youre into. I know this band will not disappoint you at all. They are a force to be reckoned with.
