THE STRONGEST PEOPLE FALL SOMETIMES The strength inside of me is enormous and I am always the one helping others. I wear my heart on my sleeve and try really hard to be there for the ones I care about. The smile I wear on my face is sometimes not always a smile on the inside. Laughing on the outside is usually tears on the inside. Silly jokes and wisecracks are a way to hide the pain, the fear, and the worries that travel through my brain. Everyone says you can do it you are strong you are a fighter; you have the strength to get through anything that comes your way. A friendship is a two way street and through it all we are suppose to stand there for each other. Not in front of not behind but beside to hold a hand if that is what is needed, to lend a ear to listen, be the first one to reach out and check in. The pile of stuff being thrown amongst ones shoulders can only be so huge before a volcano erupts and all sorts of emotions come pouring out. The strength is not always true strength being shown on the outside it may be a mask for what is going on in the inside. The pain the fear the worry the loneliness can only be hidden for so long before it all comes pouring out. Next time you think of the strongest person who is your go to person that you give all your troubles to stop and think for one small moment what might be going on truly in that persons heart. Think about asking that small little question how are you doing. The littlest things out of the blue will make a huge impact. Just remember that the strongest people have weaknesses, pain, problems, fears, but they are the last ones to say what is bothering them. Those people have a huge heart and will always be special friends who love you no matter what so slow down and open your heart and show them in return that they are loved and cared about as much as they love and care about you and before you do this remember the strongest people do truly fall sometimes and need the ones who care about them the most to pick them back up.
