THE SURE FOUNDATION 89 (Impulsive Revelations) They Will Surely Gather To Talk About You Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. (Isaiah 54:15) The cheapest and the easiest thing to do on earth are boundless and uncontrollable talks; whether you wish it to happen or not, they will talk about you. Talking about you is in two dimensions: talking in your favour and/or talking against you. Some people will be so bold to talk against you in your presence while several others will be reporting you to unconcerned people. If you are making progress in any area of life they will talk about you and if nothing is working for you they will still talk about you. IF THEY DON’T TALK ABOUT YOU,ITS EITHER YOU ARE DEAD OR YOU ARE NOT MAKING ANY POSITIVE IMPACT WHERE YOU ARE. There is no state of life you find yourself that will not warrant cheap talks from aggrieved people. Your prosperity is a headache to them and your poverty is a joy to them, and in both they will still talk. Care-less about cheap talkers, majority of them are secretly admiring your exploits but instead of them joining you to celebrate in appreciation of what God is doing in your life, they will rather gather a team of mockers to shift your focus. When your work is speaking for you, your enemies will organize themselves out of sheer jealousy to disorganize your plans and shift your focus. Don’t mind them. They will lie against you secretly and sometimes publicly, just to confuse the innocent and unsuspecting gullible admirers. You need to understand that some people are just naturally “Nay Sayers”, i.e. they take pleasure in reacting against anything called “good” in life, yet they have nothing good to offer anybody in any system. Any idea that is not from them they will consider as not being able to work, whereas they are bereft of ideas in most cases. They are simply reactionaries without any solution to any pending problem. UNDERSTAND THAT IF WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS COMMANDING EXPLOITS, SURELY PEOPLE WILL TALK ABOUT YOU. MANY WILL TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN NEVER SUBSTANTIATE WHILE MAJORITY WILL BE BOLD TO CONFRONT YOU ABOUT FALSE AND ERRONEOUS CHEAP TALKS DROPPING FROM MOUTH TO MOUTH AROUND YOU.DEVELOP DEAF EARS TO THEM AND KEEP YOUR FOCUS ON YOUR ASSIGNMENT. Check This: In my days as an undergraduate in the university, we discovered that there were some students amongst us who will never allow the majority reach a consensus on any issue, most especially during the student union congress meeting. In the year 1989 during the popular SAP riot in Nigeria in which the students were debating to reach a consensus on whether or not the then military government should implement the structural adjustment programme (SAP), in order to tighten the cash flow and several other financial implications of the exercise. In our campus that time, we had three options of debate in which we wanted to adopt one before communicating our option to the Federal military government of the day. In the night during the congress, we just noticed that some handful few among students were just naturally tutored to say no to every option. It became so annoying that night that some hefty but fierce-looking boys among the students picked on a particular one among them and dragged him to the front, before the entire students and the aim was to tell us his own view. That he should give us his own opinion why he was saying no. Friends, when he was forced to the front before all the students, he became speechless while facing the crowd and he was looking intermittently in every direction as if he wanted to run but there was no way through the crowd. Immediately he got to the front, all the other “nay Sayers” became “silent, deaf and dumb” and that was how we were able to reach a consensus. SOMETIMES PEOPLE TELL LIES JUST TO SCORE A VERY CHEAP POINT BEFORE INNOCENT PEOPLE BUT THE TRUTH WILL EVENTUALLY COME OUT AND THEY WILL BECOME WORSE FOR IT. Look at This: Immediately TRICC commenced operations as a church, some satanic elements began to raise all kinds of propaganda. Since they were faceless there was no need answering them, otherwise one may unknowingly join them in their devilish game of madness. Their propaganda became our divine avenue for cheap evangelism in the city. The more they were speaking against us the more people were coming to verify their claims and once they noticed falsehood in it, they become automatic members of TRICC. That was how the church began to grow without any church-organized evangelism for two solid years and people were getting established with outstanding testimonies by it. Friends, they were going from house to house with cheap talks and several of them became story tellers and their stories were conflicting one another. One day I went out with one of our cars to fix a panel on it for the purpose of firmness. A relatively unknown man was talking against me and the ministry; he did not know I was the one he was speaking against. He rehearsed all he was told as if he witnessed it all. Suddenly, the panel beater asked if he knew the man, he quickly responded that he was just coming from his office and that he tongue-lashed him very well. I also asked him how the man was doing after tongue-lashing him, he said the man was sober and was begging him. I further asked what the name of the man was, friends he called out all my names. It was at that point I made him see my driver’s license with all the names mentioned. Immediately he saw the names in the order of his recitation, fear gripped him and he started sweating,he looked at me only once and he began to look for how to escape. He started running away from the arena and one of the apprentices began to run and shout “thief, thief” after him but I told him to leave the man. He was lying against me and he told me he was coming from my office, not knowing I was the one. Friends, two years later, I was driving along a rough road and I noticed that a young man cited my car from afar and started running like 100m dash, looking back at intervals and he suddenly removed his slippers, still running to escape my seeing his face. The young man that sat by my side told me that the guy running told all manner of lies against me and that the ministry will not last three months but to his shame two years came and the third year is running already. THE PROVE OF WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING IS IN ITS ABILITY TO THRIVE AND GET ESTABLISHED IN THE MIDST OF YOUR ADVERSARIES. What About This? A man was stealing different kinds of things from me while he was still with me. As soon as I discovered and decided not to pass any money through his hands, he was the first to gather people to lecture them against me. I heard it all but no response from me. He commanded people’s attention for a season after which his life began to drain down, then people noticed that there was nothing to steal again and so he is like a fish out of water in their midst now. What I was doing with God when he was stealing from me, I am still doing it and God is still blessing me more but as for him, nothing again flows to him. He has lost his voice and relevance among them. A woman was fond of telling lies while sharing testimonies sometime back, she gave me all manner of deceptive titles among which are: Our bishop, Father, Doctor, Prophet, etc and several others, friends she was among the first to speak against me when TRICC began. Her case became worrisome to people that they were fighting her and today, she is no longer in the front, a shameless back-bencher she has become. I AM STILL SPEAKING BOLDLY IN THE LORD AND STRONGLY PREACHING THE TRUTH, TO THE GLORY OF GOD. Don’t Mind Them: If you notice carefully these days, the things they complained about concerning you out of envy, they are now planning to do the same. They complained about your dressing that time but now they are fashion crazy; they complained about your business also, now they are trying to trade in the same, they became so envious of your fleet of cars that time but now they are trying to copy you and match up. Never mind them, envy is rottening their bones. They want to wear the same kind of design of dress you wear but their own does not fit them, they want to drive your own type of car but their own is “tokunbo” with all manner of mechanical faults. BITTERNESS,JEALOUSY AND EVIL ENVY IN THEM IS GRADUALLY ERODING THEIR BEAUTY AND RELEGATING IT INTO UGLINESS,WHEREAS THE JOY OF THE LORD IS INCREASING YOUR ANOINTING DAILY AND YOUR BEAUTY IS RENEWED BY THE DAY. My admonition: Treat vain talkers as “mad dogs” and “mad cows”, their diseases are contagious, don’t join them to speak vanity and don’t utter guile out of your mouth. Very soon when they expect things to fail but are succeeding, they will see you and hide their faces in shame because God will never support your enemies to fight you. DON’T ATTEMPT TO FIGHT FOR YOURSELF; YOU MAY NOT KNOW YOUR BOUNDARY, BUT WHEN GOD STARTS, HE WILL MAKE A FULL END OF YOUR ADVERSARIES. Leave them alone, they have many things to cover up but there is no more covering for them again. GOD IS OUT TO PUNISH THEM BEYOND YOUR PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION AND DICTATION. THEY CAN’T WALK TALL AGAIN IN PUBLIC PLACES BECAUSE GOD IS THE SAVING STRENGTH OF HIS ANOINTED. NO ONE CAN SPOIL THE WORK OF GOD IN ONE LOCATION TO PRESERVE ANOTHER ELSEWHERE WITHOUT BEING SPOILT AT LAST. HOW I WISH THAT THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE WORKING AGAINST THE GREAT COMMISSION BY SO DOING; GOD WILL SURELY PUNISH THE WICKED, NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES. It is my sincere and heartfelt prayers for you that in your attempt to work for God and defend His course, you will not end up fighting unknowingly against His eternal purpose in another dimension, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
