THE TRUTH about catching EBOLA. Many of you know Im not only a meteorologist, but Im also a United States Army Combat Medic (National Guard). Due to a recent conversation with an old friend I thought I would share part of our training in the Army with you and let you know that the CDC is risking the lives of medical professionals and relatives of sick Ebola patients in a truly idiotic way. Here is a link to the manual we use in the United States Army Medical Corps. Check page 117, covering viral hemorrhagic fever (This covers Ebola). It talks about the airborne ability to contract the disease. Also note this is our latest edition of the USAMRIID Bluebook (7th Edition) its from 2011. We provide all this data and information to the CDC as well.
