Below is the company back ground ZAMBIA CHINA ECONOMIC & TRADE COOPERATION ZONE DEVELOPMENT LTD(Short for ZCCZ) are one of the biggest investors in Zambia. In the past 6 years, we together with our partners have invested about one billion US dollars in both Copperbelt and Lusaka and created more than eight thousand job opportunities for local community. To improve the development of construction industry in Zambia, we plan to hold the 2013 Zambia International Construction Material& Light Industrial Products Trade Fair in our Lusaka MFEZ (Multi-Functional Economic Zone) near K.K. International Airport. This event is co-organized by ZAMBIA DEVELOPMENT ANGENCY (ZDA). In order to make sure that this project goes on well, we plan to recruit some interns from University of Zambia. The detailed plan is attached. Your help will be highly appreciated. INTERN PROGRAM PLAN PART ONE : TEAM ARRAGEMENT There will be two teams for this trade fair, Promotion Team and Service Team. PROMOTION TEAM ITEM CONTENT Purpose To attract as many as visitors to ZCCZ TRADE FAIR Task To spread 20,000 pieces of brochure Team member 20 students from University of Zambia Work time From 13th to 22nd Sep Work place Commercial center, Bus station, Government agency, Parking area, Airport and so on. SERVICE TEAM ITEM CONTENT Purpose To keep order of TRADE FAIR and provide service to guests and visitors Task To be responsible for the assigned position Team member 24 students from University of Zambia Work time 08:00 – 17:00 From 18th to 23nd Sep Work place ZCCZ Lusaka Zone near K.K.
