THE VOICE OF WEST PAPUA NEW GUINEA OF MELANESIA .....!!!!!!!What is going on at our Back Door?? Genocide of a Melanesian Race by Indonesia - thats What!! For all newcomers to the struggle, and the West Papuan issue, here is some background to the geopolitics of West Papua. West Papua is the western half of the Melanesian island of New Guinea, in the Pacific Ocean, bordering the independent nation of Papua New Guinea (PNG). It lies just 200km north of Australia. After granted independence from the Dutch in 1961, West Papua was just 18 months later, invaded by Indonesia, a country with no cultural or historical ties to West Papua at all. All West Papuans are still struggling for their independence today. The invasion was totally illegal under international law but was mandated by a US government to get profits from the worlds largest gold mine in West Papua and to try to appease an Indonesian government threatening to turn communist. All Australian governments then and since have turned a blind eye to this violation of international law for better trade deals with Indonesia. The West Papuan people were never consulted and since day one, the Indonesian military has been committing a systematic genocide of the indigenous West Papuan people in order to gain full access to West Papuas vast resources without resistance. Over 500,000 innocent West Papuan men, women and children (Over 1 in 4 people) have already been milled by the Indonesian military with the death toll rising every week. In 1963, West Papua and Papua New Guinea both had populations of about 1.5 million indigenous people. The indigenous population of PNG is now over 7 million but West Papuas has only reached 2 million and the people have become a minority in their own land, with Indonesia pushing millions of Indonesian trans migrants in an effort to ethnically and culturally wipe out the Papuan people. As soon as Indonesia invaded, they promptly renamed the country Irian Jaya an Indonesian name which is incredibly offensive to West Papuans as Jaya means victorious and Irian means hot land but is also known commonly for its acronym Ikut Republic Indonesia Anti Nederland which translated into English is Join with Indonesia, anti Dutch. This was another clear attempt to Indonesianize West Papua though even Indonesia was forced to rename it back to Papua in 2002 after increasing pressure. All foreign journalists, human rights groups and NGOs are banned from entering West Papua. All tourists are severely restricted and forced to report to Indonesian police posts constantly. WHY WE REFUSE PILPRES and CHOOSING DPRD, DPRP, MRP, and DPD & GOVERNOR? The core question is who s next PRESIDENT and Parliament , DPRP , DPD and GOVERNOR ? and why we reject PRESIDENT and we select the parliament , DPRP , DPD and GOVERNOR ? And what is the result that later we learned ? By Bomanak Jeffrey Sebenarnya saya sangat tidak tertarik dengan pertanyaan di atas ini, mungkin karena saya bukan politikus atau maklum saja Konon orang hutan yang tidak tau apa-apa tentang politik NKRI yang ngeri, geli, mual dan menjijikan itu? Tetapi saya hanya terbeban untuk menjelaskan apa yang saya pahami tentang tuntutan BOIKOT PILPRES dan apa perbedaanya dengan BOIKOT PILPRES dan Memilih DPRD, DPRP, DPD bahkan GUBERNUR? Inti pertanyaan selanjutnya adalah siapa itu PRESIDEN dan DPRD, DPRP, DPD dan GUBERNUR ? dan mengapa kita tolak PRESIDEN dan kita pilih DPRD, DPRP, DPD dan GUBERNUR? Dan apa hasilnya yang nanti kita petik? Pertanyaan-pertanyaan ini mungkin akan menjadi dasar dan landasan kita sebelum menolak dan atau tidak memilih PILPRES. Pertama: Strukture politik NKRI yang demokratik berbasis party politik itukan sudah jelas sekali bahwa ketika kita memilih salah satu anggota DPRD atau DPRP dengan level Party Demokrat maka sama saja anda sudah memilih SBY atau siapa yang nanti jadi kandidat PILPRES dari party Demokrat itu bukan?, logikanya biarpun anda tidak ikut dalam Pemilihan PILPRES itu tidak akan berpengaruh sedikitpun bagi dia, yang terpenting anda telah memberikan suara untuk menangkan party politiknya, berdasarkan kekuatan yang nanti kita berikan pada DPRD dan DPRP itu yang akan membuat dia berlaga dalam politik Nasional, berdasarkan kekuatan itu Party mampu memberikan Caleg Presiden, berdarkan kekuatan itu party mampu berkulisi, berdasarkan kekuatan itu party mampu membuat konstitusi dan termasuk mengirim TNI/ POLRI untuk membunuh rakyat Papua dan serta mencuri semua kekayaan alam Papua. Kedua: Mengapa kita tidak boikot semuanya? DPRD tolak, DPRP tolak, DPD tolak dan MRP tolak, hingga PILPRES juga dengan sungguh-sungguh kami harus TOLAK, anda dan saya harus memandang bahwa sekarang dunia sedang melihat apa yang sedang terjadi di Papua, Dunia sedang mengukur dimana keseriusan kita terhadap perjuangan kita? jangan sampai mereka bisa memandang kalau di Papua kami masih tetap mau NKRI ? sungguh jujur saja bahwa kalau anda ada dalam sidang PBB, tanggal 4 Kemarin, anda akan lihat semua Negara-negara islam yang bersahabat dengan Indonesia dulu sedang melihat Indonesia bagaikan harimau yang munafik, sehingga saat hak bicara untuk menolak pernyataan Vanuatu saja, ketika Indonesia mau membacanya, hamper separuh Negara-negara yang hadir tinggalkan tempat persidangan. Ini membuktikan bahwa kita sedang meyakinkan dunia kalau ada pembunuhan secara sistym dan juga secara terbuka di negeri kita, hal itu membuktikan bahwa sudah mulai ada simpaty dari beberapa pemimpin dunia, namun strategy orientasinya harus lahir dari dalam negeri, bukan di luar negeri. Ini adalah sebuah moment penting kalau kita bisa menolak PEMILU bukan hanya PILPRES saja. Ketiga: Mungkin kita harus mengerti bahwa logika politik Negara berbasis party politik bahwa jika anda memilih satu party dengan satu kandidat maka sama saja anda pilih presiden dari party itu, itu sudah tentu, pasti dan sangat pasti, itu rumus tetap dalam Negara yang berbasis party, sehingga biarpun anda berhasil boikot dengan murni bahwa tidak ada satu orangpun yang pilih presiden pada pemilih nanti secara politik tidak akan perna membuat perubahan politik di Indonesia bahkan apalagi Papua ? sungguh saya tidak bermaksud mematahkan semangat saudara-saudara dalam pemboikotan PILPRES nanti tetapi saya hanya mau jelaskan tentang apa untung dan rugi dari BOIKOT PILPRES, dan mengapa tidak secara total kita BOIKOT DPRD, DPRP, DPD dan GUBERNUR? Karena mereka adalah perpanjangan tangan presiden, mereka adalah lida, mulut, mata dan kaki tangan presiden? Itulah maksud saya bahwa disini kita harus lebih jelih dan cerdas membaca situasi dan politik NKRI yang busuk itu. Keempat: BOIKOT PILPRES siapa yang di untungkan dan untung rugi dalam segi apa? Saya tidak yakin seluruh rakyat Papua akan 100 persen menolak PILPRES karena …. Anda tau jawabanya bukan? Kelima: Bagian ini sebenarnya saya bisa menulis bersamaan dengan bagian keempat tetapi mungkin ini yang terpenting dan terfatal yaitu, kita harus bersama jaga supaya dalam issue PILPRES ini tidak boleh ada yang korban lagi, PERJUANGAN MEMANG MEMBUTUHKAN PENGORBANAN TETAPI KITA TIDAK BOLEH LAGI KORBAN CUMA-CUMA. Ukuranya kalau kami yang lain bisa memberikan nyawa untuk perjuangan ini, mengapa tidak kita menolak PEMILU tidak membedahkan DPRD, DPRP, DPD dan GUBERNUR? Oh sayang …. Kita pasti bisa. Keenam: Mulai sekarang Orang pengikut perjuangan pembebasan bangsa Papua sudah harus belajar menyangkal keluarga secara politik secara tulus dan iklas, kalau keluarga anda yang mau jadi DPR, Bupati atau Gubernur, tidak mungkin kita jadi presiden bukan karena itu bukan Negara kita, kembali kepada topic, bahwa mereka yang mau jadi pejabat dalam bentuk apapun adalah musuh kita secara politik, kami sudah punya banyak pengalaman, jujur saja kami sudah menyangkal semua keluarga kandung, hingga teleponpun tidak perna apalagi yang lain, itu tidak mungkin? Karena aliran kita berbedah, nanti perbedaan itu tidak bisa di bahas dalam masa perjuangan tetapi ada waktunya, sehingga sebenarnya yang terjadi adalah Indonesia sangat mengerti bahwa kita memiliki budaya yang mendasar pada social berdasarkan itu NKRI mampu mengkotak-kotak kita dan mengontrol kita. Intinya adalah memboikot keluarga yang mau menjadi DPRD, DPRP, DPD dan GUBERNUR adalah anda sudah SUKSES memboikot PILPRES. Ketujuh: Alkitab mengatakan bahwa kita tidak bisa suam-suam kukuh atau abu-abu, hanya politik abu-abu saja yang membuat perjuangan ini sudah umurnya panjang dan pengorbanan terus berjatuhan, sehingga itu menang dan kalah bukan soal tetapi akan lebih baik adalah jumlah kita berapa bisa membuktikan kepada dunia dan arwah-arwah yang telah mendahului kita bahwa kita tetap tidak mendukung terhadap segala macam embrio NKRI di Papua Barat maka itu BOIKOT PEMILU.
