THE VULNERABILITY OF THE UNBELIEVER! When one claims that he believes in the Bible, he believes in God, and he is a Christian but does things that are are not in the Bible, different from the Bible, and against the Bible. When he does not realize that what he is doing is wrong the reason for the inconsis-tency can be one of the following: 1. He does not read the Bible. 2. He does not know the Bible. 3. He does not think that the Bible is important. 4. He does not think that it is serious. 5. He does not believe the Bible. 6. He believes that the Bible is wrong. 7. He believes that what he knows is better. 8. He believes that there are other sources of knowledge and faith. How could one claim that he believes the Bible and does what the Bible forbids and condemns! When what he does is obviously against the Bible. That if he really reads and studies the Bible he cannot miss the inconsistency. That the issue is so clear and simple and obvious and it does not take much effort to understand. It is amazing how can one so intelligent, educated, who has spent many years studying and very successful in his profession, who is so careful in making decisions, can be so careless and does not give importance to the issue of his eternal fate. And can be made to believe lies and falsehood and stay in lies and falsehood! He does not find the need to question, to inquire, to investigate, to search, to make sure! And what is ironic, when you show him the inconsistency. Even the specific book, chapter, verse he still would choose not to consider the truth before him. And he does not like to confront the truth and will do everything to evade discussing what he knows he knows so little. He steadfastly clings to what he knows! Instead of checking the possibility that he could be wrong. He defends the false teachings and he finds justification to continue in the wrong. He would rather be wrong than admit that he made mistakes! Which exposes his vulnerability and lack of knowledge! This is very terrifying because of the critical times we live that we should be sure.
