THE WORD OF GOD IS A SEED... Now the parable is this: The Seed is the Word of God, Luke 8:11. Just like a seed, the Bible is full of unseen life. The words in the Bible may look lifless and powerless,so does seed. But they are full of life and power. Jesus said that His words are alive. Thus, for us to understand the word of God and how it operates, we need to understand SEED. Tip1... A seed contains life: Our physical senses are incapable of judging whether a seed is alife or not. We cannot see,feel,hear,smell,or taste the life in a seed; but there is only one way to prove whether a seed is alife or not -- plant it in a good soil. Likewise the word of God, plant it in your heart and mind. The seed do not grow sitting in a sack on your shelf. They must be planted in a proper place to achieve a great harvest. Likewise, the word of God cannot be activated in your life if it is there in the Bible. You have to study it day and night, thereby planting it in your heart for it to work for you.
