THE most crazy night ive ever had. Pulled Alyssa over for going 3 MPH over the limit, then gave her DUI tests because they looked at her ID and saw that it was her 21st birthday, not because she was driving recklessly or like she was drunk, but because after they pulled her over, they saw that it was her 21st birthday and assumed shes drunk. Is that probable cause? No. She barely had 2 drinks in total over a 2 hour period. She ended up passing all of the tests AND the blow test with flying colors but was still told by the police, youre lucky, you almost got arrested. I think that is stupid. Yes I understand why driving intoxicated isnt ok, you can kill people. Understandable. But in a situation like this, she was totally responsible, stopped drinking, and waited even before stepping foot in her car. Cops came up behind me and were freaking out because I was recording the whole thing. hmm. weird.
