THERE IS NO CERTAIN WAY TO PRAY There is no certain way to pray; there are no certain words to say. All that God requires from you is a pure heart. What ever you do in this life do it with a pure heart be truthful to yourself and others. You know yourself better than anyone else so be truthful to yourself and God when you pray. God doesn’t care about who you are or how you look; he doesn’t care about what kind of car you drive or how much money you make a year. God doesn’t care about how tall, short, pretty, ugly, skinny, fat, sinner or saint all he cares about is your heart. God doesn’t care about how loud or how long you pray; he doesn’t care about how pretty or sweet sounding your prayer is. When you come to God come with a pure heart he hears your prayers. God knows everything there is to know about you so don’t lie to him or hide things from him when you pray. God knew you before you were born so what can you hide from him? He knows about all your secrets so why are you lying about the truth? He knows every hair on your head so there is nothing that you can hide from God. He knows that your husband or wife is cheating on you he just wants to see if you are going to worship him or man. God knows that all your bills are due he just wants to know if you are going to tend to the needs of others out of your needs. God knows that your faith is low he just wants to see if you are going to call on his name in and out of season. God knows that you are in need of a job but he just wants to see if you are trusting in him or if you think that everything you have is through your own strength or might. God knows that you would like to be married but he just wants to see if you are going to live a holy life with or without a spouse. God knows that you are sick in your body but he just wants to know that you know that he is life. God knows that you are in need of a reliable vehicle he just wants to know if you have faith the size of a mustard seed. God knows that you are still sinning and that you have not given it all to him he just wants to see how long you will take his mercy and grace for granted. There is nothing new to God under the sun; there is nothing that you can hide from God so when you pray come to him baring all; come before the Lord speaking and seeking the truth. There is light in the truth there is life in the truth. Talk to God and tell him your deepest darkest secrets he knows already he just wants to know that you believe in him and trust him with everything. If you have not always been truthful about everything it’s ok; starting from today be truthful to God. If you lie to God you are showing him that you do not trust him. If you think that you are cleaver and you think that you are getting away with something you are showing God that you think you are smarter than he is. We all know what happens to those who challenge God you can never hide from God. So when you pray cry out to him and call on his name leaving everything up to him; let him know that you are weak, tell him the reason for your sadness and depression. Trust God with your small problems and with your largest one’s as well. If you know that God is ruler over everything then trust him with everything. Who is man that God should fear and obey him? Trust God with your prayer s and he will surely answer them.
