THERE IS NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN Are you currently in pains,in afflictions,or looking moody and in melancholy,so you become detached and far from the gospel devices that abound everywhere, which drum their messages into our ears through sound and good gospel music, tracts and Sunday services and meetings plus revival crusades; importantly, from the precepts in the holy Book? You need Christ! Are you suffering from sicknesses, economic constrains, or perhaps you have lost loved ones to the unfamiliar murderous acts breezing across our country at the moments? You need Christ! I repeat, are you burdened over the unprecedented killings of Nigerians by Nigerians, and are you praying that the killings must stopped? You need Christ! Are you lonely, groaning in pangs of hunger devoid of human comforter to whom you cqn go closer as he consoles and lends you a help that becomes antidote to assuage and soothe your anguish? You need Christ! Certainly, you have the right to, and you must react to the ugly situations in this country, just as it is humanly possible, but let it be peacefully; importantly by the application of prayers. While the current ill_wind blows, you must remember that you have an omnipotent God whose hands are not short to stretch them out to stop the evils we reluctantly now live with. He is not impotent to restore normalcy to this country if you pray in earnest and stop apportioning blames. Absolutely, there is nothing new under the sun. The beginning must have an end. We can go on, but remember what the preacher has said: IN ECCLESIASTES 1:2;8_10
