They thought they could do it on their own, ONLINE.They thought they would Save money by skipping any fees Picture a family’s long anticipated California dream vacation turned nightmare – not because they didn’t enjoy Disneyland or Universal Studios, but because the hotel was undergoing renovations and the family was subjected to dust and the constant drone of hammers throughout their stay.The pictures on Expedia or Orbitz showed a beautiful lobby and grounds. No signs of the construction that was going on. Im just saying.... Use a Travel Agent. We know how to find out these things.
