THINK ON THESE THINGS: Employers are facing tremendous difficulty placing staff as many entry-level candidates are not only lacking creativity but are clueless about the fundamentals of the work environment. Graduates need to be creative, they must develop skills, area of expertise and the necessary work ethics that will render them marketable. The current economic environment warrants that candidates for placements must be immediately productive. A programme of internship is therefore absolutely necessary to enable graduates to be innovative, creative and to obtain work experience. Creative individuals are remarkable, they have the ability to adapt to challenging situations and to convert such situation to their advantage. In todays world, we have got to be creative if we are intent on improving our quality of life.
