If their target is actively shooting back, this number nearly halves; dropping to just an 18% accuracy rate. -Remember that the control group for this data consists of trained professional men & women who carry a firearm EVERYDAY. They are mandated to re-qualify on at least an annual basis. So what does this tell us? Unequivocally, if you have to use a gun in the real world and not just the range, YOU WILL BE UNDER STRESS.
