THIS IS ALL ABOUT VITI TALK TELECOMMUNICATION Yes they just started in New Zealand , but their service is pathetic, and a bunch of liars work for this organization. As they claim to have cheap rate and premium voice quality, its nothing like what they say. Its very hard to get in touch with them on their customer service line and they do not answer your calls. I authorized my account to be recharged by $20 , what they took from my account was $25.70. And sent me an email confirming that my account has $20.00 now. After trying to call them so many time they answered , and when i asked how come they took more than whta was asked them to recharge. We emailed all the details to the customer service rep. They just tell us that we will refund your money within 24 hrs and that was on 20/11/14 and today is 24/11/14 NO MONEY IN OUR ACCOUNT NOR THEY ANSWER OUR CALLS, NOR EMAIL OR CALL TO US. VITI TALK TELECOMMUNICATION ARE BIG THIEF !!!!!!!!! BE WARNED .................. DONOT GET CAUGHT UP WITH THEIR BUSINESS. HOPELESS PEOPLE AND HOPELESS SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SHARE WITH YOUR FRIEND.......... TO WARN THEM
