THIS IS THE CALL OF THE ANTILYNCHING MOVEMENT! AND THIS IS WHAT I - TopicsExpress

THIS IS THE CALL OF THE ANTILYNCHING MOVEMENT! AND THIS IS WHAT I REALLY SAID TO THE PRESS IN FRONT OF THE CAPITOL AND THE DOJ EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR WHILE WE FELL. BUT IT WONT MAKE MEDIA SO, I WILL PUBLISH IT HERE. #incaseicomeupmissing DIE IN STATEMENT: WE each FALL before the United States Capitol, the representation of the global principles of freedom and equality that stands- here- as a symbol of America. In this building, the Constitution, established by the colonizers of this country, stands as a blueprint for this Nation- ensuring that each and every American citizen would be granted the privileges and protection guaranteed within its charter. These principles and this doctrine made America the “the land of the free, the home of the brave,” the place where “ALL men are created equal!” But as Americas brutal history has shown, here in America, “all” men are not equal. Here in America “we” are not free and “you” are not brave. Here, in America we are not free because you are not brave. America has proven that its long history of racism, lynching, brutality, discrimination, inequality, authoritarianism, and exclusion is just as alive today as it was before the Civil Rights Act passed in 1965. It is mired in the cowardice to face the diversity that your demand for human labor required for prosperity in this country. So, in 2014, nearly 60 years later, as we celebrate a Black man in the White House, we CONTINUE to mourn the lives of countless Black and Latino men, Black women, and Black children who are slain by police and then systematically denied justice. We mourn the loss of not only their right to life but their right to due process as we endure the slander of their names as they are dragged through the dung to justify their own murders. We mourn the loss of our freedom to peaceably assemble, speak freely in our demand for justice, and hold our government accountable for remaining a body for the people by the people, without being unjustly assaulted, tear gassed, beaten, maimed, incarcerated, and even murdered. We mourn our loss to freely move about without the fear and prejudice of others serving as a catalyst to justify the violation of our fundamental right to simply exist here in this country. And so we must also mourn the death of democracy and the death of this country’s ability to respect humanity. For we will NO LONGER let America stand on the hypocrisy of democracy KNOWING that democracy does not exist for ALL people here in this Nation. We will not allow INTERNATIONAL powers to support the United States in its efforts to hold other countries accountable for sustaining the HUMAN and CONSTITUTIONAL rights of its citizens, without bearing light that it has continuously done nothing to honor and defend the rights of a race of its own. We declare that Black lives matter! And we declare that America has waged war, genocide, on people of color through both its actions and inactions- state sponsored violations of our 14th amendment rights, its failure to adequately seek justice for the slain, its systematic misapplications of laws such as stand your ground, its systematic dismantling of urban schools and colleges that serve the excluded, Jim Crow amendments to voting rights so that we may not use the system to promote our collective interest, and the passage of race specific laws and inconsistent sentencing practices that promote the disparate re-enslavement of Black men. This is NOT just a Mike Brown problem, this is NOT just an Eric Garner problem, this is NOT just a Trayvon Martin problem, this is NOT just a Tamir Rice problem, this is NOT just a Sean Bell, Amadou Diallo, Oscar Grant, Ernest Duenez, Charal Thomas, Rekia Boyd, or a baby girl Aiyanna problem. No matter how your media vilifies them, THEY are the victims two-fold of an unjust and inhumane system! This is not just a race problem or a civil rights problem! This is a human rights problem! SO, THIS IS A UNITED STATES PROBLEM!!!!!! And we are bringing that problem to you! The skeletons of inhumanity and injustice are now out of your closet -and the bodies of the slain are NOW lying at your door! Along with them WE, the people, pronounce DEMOCRACY, EQUALITY, HUMAN, AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS IN THIS COUNTRY for people of color dead. We charge you violations of the Declaration of Human Rights to which you are bound!!!! And demand that you no longer stand anywhere on the principles that you have proven “unwilling” to extend to all of “your” people, in your OWN LAND until you are willing to defend them for all people in your own land. Dauntless In solidarity! Power to the People!
