THIS IS VERY SAD BUT THERE IS HOPE COME 2017-RAIS-MTARAJIWA DR. JOES 400,000 JOBS PROGRAM AND THE 15 MILLION PEOPLE PRESIDENTIAL PROGRAM I sympathize with all these thousands of teachers who have remained jobless for as many as 10 years. You went up to std 8, then Form 4 then to teacher colleges. you got great certificates yet these have not served you well. You were a young woman and a young man then but years have passed with little or no income and nothing to show of your hard work. I guess by now you would be worthy several thousands richer, perhaps with a plot somewhere, or so. but instead you are empty handed. your parents possibly sold some or all land, cows, etc to educate you but today you struggle or are completely unable to buy them even a kilo of sugar. when you graduated you had high hopes of leading a happy and prosperous life, to start a family, have bouncing boys and girls whom you will feed, dress and maintain well as a professional. you looked forward to fully exploit your talent with kids all over proudly calling you Madam or teacher so and so, Sir so and so...and you will work hard to live to that calling making your students pass with flying colors in the national exams. But for many of you, and others graduating, that dream has not materialized. it has remained a pipe dream. You feel dejected and frustrated. I would like to assure you from the bottom of my heart that from 2017 things will not be so. As many of you know, in 2017 God willing and keeping us safe, I will put forward my application to my fellow countrymen/women, for the job of the 5th President of Kenya. I will be asking Kenyans to interview me and offer me that job based on their independent view and analysis of my qualifications, visions and plans. May i assure our jobless graduate teachers and youths that the challenges they face today will be over within a few years. Within 4 months of being sworn in, my Administration will employ 400,000 fellow Kenyans. The funds to pay this new employees are already readily available. My government will not in-fact sack public servants as current and past governments have done. Another Scheme- the Blue Card Program will enroll some 15million Kenyans. This is one of the 10 Core Programs that will define my Presidency. This Presidential Blue Card Program will enable Kenyans secure opportunities that will guarantee them a life time earnings of Ksh. 500,000-one million a month.
