Well, here is just one blatant example of many, of why that doesnt occur, or rarely does. The system is corrupt to begin with, so like politics, anyone trying to disrupt the system, never gets anywhere. How obvious does it need to be before we the people demand changes?? What if YOU or YOUR loved one suffered an attack by cops? It would matter more then wouldnt it? Well, none of us are outside the realm of that very real possibility.
