THIS MORNING I CONCOCTED A REALLY GOOD PORK CHOP/PORK CUTLET - TopicsExpress

THIS MORNING I CONCOCTED A REALLY GOOD PORK CHOP/PORK CUTLET MARINADE. Its real easy. Pour two tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing into a Teflon sauce pan. Add a couple of drops (or a splash) of soy sauce (or low sodium soy sauce). Heat over a low to medium low temperature. Using a brush, mix the two ingredients together. In a couple minutes the sauce turns to dark brown glazing gel. Place and flip-flop the pork chop (or pork cutlet) in the sauce so theres glazing on both sides. Cook each side approximately five minutes. While cooking, the sauce will start to dry out. Thats Good! Splash on a couple of drops of soy sauce in the pan as well as a couple drops on the meat. By the time the pork chop is finished cooking, it will have a dark glazed layer. From time- to- time, I did cover the sauce pan to speed up cooking and to keep the stove top clean.
