THIS SATURDAY... Hi Everyone, We have an incredible announcement to make and while I know its short notice I guarantee it will be worth it to attend. Bronxdale High School has been hosting an amazing After-School program that is focused on not only teaching the students non violent self defense, but also negotiation and strategy tactics to avoid fights in the first place. With up to 40 students attending class, the administration has asked us to do a workshop for not only the staff and parents, but all of their friends and family. This hour long workshop will be 3 phased: 1. We will go over and hand out the curricullum the students have been working with and review their goals and strategies. 2. We will be teaching everyone one of our most critical defense tactics and defense strategies. Recently, a woman was abducted in Pennsylvania and held for nearly 3 days before being rescued. The assault was captured on video which I have pasted below. In this chilling footage you will see how this went down and what a real attack looks like and how quickly it can happen. We will show you techniques and strategies to greatly increase your odds of escape in many situations that echoe this one. 3. We have secured a special guest, the Bronxs own Mr. America, Butch Nieves who will not only assist in the instruction but give a short talk on health and fitness along with his world recognized advice and tips. There will be time for any questions you may have and we are looking forward to answering all of them. We will also be handing out extended trial memberships to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Fit Body Bootcamp for those that want to train and take themselves to the next level. Here are some very important details: Please respond to this email and let us know how many people you would like to bring, or if you have any questions about the event. This workshop will start at 10am sharp so please arrive 15 minutes early. If you are getting this email, YOU ARE INVITED to attend. Your family and friends are also invited to attend.
