THIS is exactly it! Teachers using a childs interest to teach things about the childs world. If you are a kinesthetic learner then you are often taught you cant learn anything and you need to sit still. You are told you are wasting your life on something like skateboarding. What if instead you run across a teacher like this who tells you you are brilliant and teaches you about what you are already learning so you can go on and apply it to other areas in your life. You might find a passion for physics or designing skate parks, who knows, but you will more fully tap into all of your potential when you are supported in learning and made to feel capable and intelligent.
