THIS is why we need Civics classes BACK in our Public Schools Comment of the Day: They have also been acting in an unlawful manner. Just because some person who serves within the government creates a “law” or “bill” does not make it lawful here. There are many that have been created that are actually what is called “color of law” (PRETEND laws), they have no basis in the US Constitution which is the REQUIREMENT here in the USA. What that means is that if those fake laws, bills are enforced it makes those doing the enforcing criminals – federal or state. The Oath they take makes them PERSONALLY responsible for their actions and “just following orders” and/or “just doing their job” is not a defense here in the USA (Read up on the Nuremberg Trials for precedents. Plus look up military and judges, etc that have been prosecuted even though the order came from a superior, the Oath is their PERSONAL guarantee that they understand the US Constitution and that they will support and defend it or can be held and charged, prosecuted. The Bill of Rights are “forbiddens”, they forbid those who serve within our governments from doing certain things or ALLOW certain things to be done ONLY under specific listed circumstances. Examples: Amendment IV: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. The ONLY way a warrant is lawful is if it is created in specific ways such as probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation has to be present. Then particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized is required or here in the USA it is criminal in action on those serving it in any other manner no matter what a person higher in the government says, be it a president or AG, etc. They are given the authority ONLY under those conditions listed. Amendment VI: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense. This flat out says that those who wrote the NDAA, Patriot Act, etc were actually committing a terrorist activity against the USA (28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”), and quite possibly treason. Why? Because “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed… and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense”. It says exactly what HAS to occur to be lawful here in America. Again, anyone who is serving within our governmental bodies that do anything except those things listed are actually committing a terrorist activity against the USA, and quite possibly treason. So that warning lets those who should KNOW that those things are NOT allowed here in the USA to not enforce them or be made criminals, terrorists and traitors against the USA and her people. You see, that Oath says the conditions under which they are ALLOWED to occupy the position they are in. When they break it they no longer have any lawful authority, just force (like gangs, mafias, etc). Hope that helps you to understand better.
