THOUGHT FOR THE DAY.... As I was drinking coffee I thought.how fortunate I am not to be homeless, because if I were this would be my day; waking to uncertainty, and not knowing what today will hold....where will I eat, or brush teeth, or dress in clean clothes? These are just a few things that would cross my mind, or maybe I could pan-handle, and make a buck or two? The question is would I buy booze, maybe, I have lost faith in humanity.... Who would care? Would I say my inner voice, and maybe this was not my choice, but the fact remains, will our economy, and our social attitude change? Today I am safe, and I have home, but let us not forget we have homeless companions without a home.........
