THREAD ROLLING MACHINE OPERATOR CUM SETTER -10 NOS. ITI - Holders/ +2 / 10th Std with above 2 years Experience in the Thread Rolling Machine Setter Operator will be preferable. In addition the Operator will be require for the following additional knowledge will be preferable. 1.To maintain productivity and traceability, and to ensure all relevant documentation is completed correctly 2.Program ORT machines to instructions 3.Operate ORTmachines to produce desired components. 4.To inspect product to QA procedures. 5.Clean down machine and keep in reasonable order 6.Report any faults with machinery to your immediate Supervisor and to liaise with same on purchase of spare parts 7.Fulfil training programs deemed necessary to allow efficient performance of duties and assist in your personal development 8.To take a responsible approach to health, safety and environmental risks in relation to your own job role and to control the risks or report them to management as appropriate 9.Any other duties as required, commensurate with jobposition Key Measures ORT machine programming and operation •ORTmachine maintenance Thanks & Best Regards, V.PARAMASIVAM.
