2014 Summer Job Opportunities Hocking. Athens. Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) is excited to announce that it has approximately five (5) plus total openings for Supervisors and Job Coaches for the 2014 Perry County Summer Youth Employment Program. Core responsibilities for Supervisor positions include, but not limited to; supervising crews of TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) eligible youth employees that complete community work projects. Job Coaches core duties will be providing specialized training, case management and assessments for TANF eligible individuals and groups of youth. Applicants must be able to work individually and as a team, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with youth. A college degree is preferred, but relevant work experience, education or training may be sufficient. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The starting pay is $11.25 an hour. These are full time temporary positions that start in Summer 2014 with an expected end date of August 31, 2014, though the end date may be negotiable. The 2014 Summer Youth Employment Program is a collaboration between HAPCAP and Perry County Job and Family Services. There is no deadline for applying.
