Quick story. The Chicago White Sox, big organization, deal with 100s of thousands of fans every year. Well, a while back they were doing a promotion where CPS teachers could get a free ticket. I had a voucher for another ticket, and when she went to get them at the box office, the fellow she dealt with was very rude and she called me pretty upset about it. This made me very upset and I called them to let them know what happened. Long story short, we chatted a bit and he was very nice and said next time we wanted to go to a game to call him and it would be on him. I called last week and he was out but his assistant assured me all would be taken care of. I just got off the phone where I was told I have two tix for 8/16 (Frank Thomas Bobblehead!) at Will Call. THANKS WHITE SOX!!
