THREE days and a wake up! Tick Tock! I know youre all bursting at the seams to get your hands on your Cadets! I know youre busily preparing and making plans. One more thing I wanted to share with you..... Go to Walmart, in the automotive department, they have glass paint. Decorate your car windows showing your pride in your Grizzly Cadet! Imagine being on the highway and coming across another vehicle all done up! Woohoo! We, whove been exactly where you are, are SOOOO excited for you! Try to savor every moment. Bring tissue. Your Cadets have been working SO hard and they are even more excited than you are (if thats even possible!). Please remember, that they have made great changes and accomplishments during these last weeks, but they are still a work in progress. Arent we all? It is CRUCIAL that you praise and encourage them for all that theyve done and have yet to do. DO NOT be critical and DO NOT expect perfection. Thats not fair to ANYONE. Soak in every moment. This is a time when you can actually talk to each other in more than a 5 minute phone call. This is when you fill up their love tank (and yours) to get them through to Home Pass in just a few short weeks. See you Saturday!!!!
