THURSDAY MESSAGE SERIES NO. 438 (9th Oct. 2014) Our day to day problems MAINLY arise due to the following reasons! A big work should be done together and should not be done alone Some small work should be done alone instead of doing with others We should do each work then and there itself without postponing it We should note down each work to prevent forgetting and repenting Target should be fixed for the work for completing it in time Plan the work and do it in a systematic way and do step correction Work should not be done for the sake of doing; enjoy the work Do the work with devotion, dedication and sincerity Never do the work in a stereotypical way for expected results We have to analyse the work from A to Z and also from Z to A We have to focus the pathway and result of each work We should remember none bothers about the effort of each work And remember that result is what everyone look forward Work should be done with a pleasant mind and face Enquire / discuss with others on each and every aspect of a work The input of others’ knowledge will be a blessing if accepted judiciously Share the efforts and results of each work happily with co-workers Take the responsibility of the failures and problems and share the success Motivate, bless, encourage and appreciate others on each achievements PRACTICE THIS FROM TODAY ONWARDS IN THE SERVICE OF THE MOTHERLAND AND DHARMA IISH COMMUNICATION TEAM
