D Ufhobo Progressive Union (UPU) must champion d cause of murdered popular opposition leader, Chief Ogbe Onokpite.. D UPU must urge Governor Uduaghan to setup an independent panel of Judicial Enquiry, headed by a Judge of credible standing, to investigate further the circumstances surroundering d arrest of Chief Onokpite at d wee hours of d morning of 26th November 2011, by agents of State, disguised as Police men, d shooting of Chief Onokpite @ point blank range, in broad daylight & subsequent murder in Warri A Division Nigeria Police Force custody, extra judicially. UPU must urge Governor Uduaghan to setup such a panel immediately without any further delays before he leaves Office in 2015, if truly d Governors hands are clean of Chief Onokpites murder, otherwise d UPU n Governor Uduaghan will be held accountable in d court of Public Opinion as well as held accountable when normalcy returns to d State n Country, Nigeria. Until Governor Uduaghan does this, Chief Onokpites matter will hunt him for many years, d way IBBs annulment of 12 June 93 Presidential elections has hunted him 21yrs later, so shall Onokputes matter hunt Governor Uduaghan IJN, amen! Except Governor Uduaghans hands are truly clean and d proof of this is in his setting up immediately of this judicial panel of enquiry.... UPU WE URGE U TO PLEASE ACT, NOW!
