TIME FOR DINNER!!! Loving my raw salads at the moment. For the big man and myself I made a large mixed green leave salad with raw pea snaps, yellow pepper, tomato, cucumber, grated carrot and courgette. A squeeze of lemon and orange and the flesh pieces chopped through it, sprinkle of mixed herbs and toasted seeds almonds to top it off. Waiting for a big tuna steak and Aubergine to be added to the plate and a side of radish and gurkin and homemade tomato and rhubarb chutney and marrow and sweet red pepper chutney. Fuelling right is essential to not only benefiting the training u all do, but its mostly important for health and aiding In longer life.
