TJ Smalls Modern Jesus is bearded. Better than you or I could ever be bearded. Everyone asks to touch his beard, even when hes eating a McRib. He doesnt mind. He knows when theyll be in McDonalds again. Even before McDonalds knows it. Modern Jesus makes cameo appearances on, At Midnight and he is surprisingly clever. He is always on. When he and Ron Funches riff off of each other, you cant help but hope they develop their own show for Comedy Central. Christ & Funches. Like Key & Peele, but, you know, funny. Modern Jesus has his hair parted at the natural crease on the side of his head. He sat in on the recording sessions for Justin Timberlakes 20/20 Experience. He also has a partial songwriting credit for the hit song Mirrors as he provided the background beat-boxing. He is ostensibly bi-racial or ethnic; easily palatable for his children in Sioux City, Jakarta, Cape Town, Istanbul (or is it Constantinople*?),among others. A seasoned cosmopolite, never losing his edge. *Why did Constantinople get the works?
