TJRC, just like OCAMPO took controversial and scandalous reports like the August-2008 Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) report on the 2007-2008 post-election violence and all its concomitant nonsense. Remember, the KNCHR had two reports: The Unedited July-2008 Report and the Edited August-2008 Report. The unedited report, for instance, did not have the name of President Uhuru Kenyatta. Raila Odingas name was in that Unedited July-2008 Report with appropriate recommendations for necessary further action. Uhurus name was politically introduced in the Edited August-2008 Report; and the rest as they say is history. The TJRC was, ridiculously, engaged in a ‘Copy and Paste’ business with the Edited August-2008 KNCHR Report, among many other past reports.
