Fried chicken is BEST in a cast-iron pan, while sauce (red) needs a thick steel bottom. Non-stick for sauce – yuck! LOL Oops, I got a bit sidetracked using an allegory of food! LOL! I LOVE to cook! Anyway, back to my point as I complete this soliloquy. LOL We must make choices regarding love and put on our work boots and get in the trenches.
