TNT fitness had such a blast yesterday at all three of our bootcamps. It was game day. Everybody worked so hard. TNT fitness believes " it does not matter what shape your in, just do your best", and yesterday that was so apparent. Everybody, I mean everybody worked so hard. It was "check it workout". We had a tie in our 7:45pm class. Lara and Amanda(sisters) tied the game. We needed a tie breaker, so Ruth, their mom, who is also in the Bootcamp (family affair) decided they should have an arm wrestle to determine the winner. Amanda came out on top. Way to go Amanda. Amanda is quite sore today, as most are from class. It was a very rewarding day watching everybody kick butt. I (Tag) am so proud of everybody for working so hard, and thank you for enabling me to have the best job ever. Kudos everybody
