TO ALL MY COMPUTER TECHIE FRIENDS: SOS! My computer has no sound whether I plug in speakers or headphones. All components: speakers, sound card, etc. are properly installed, plugged in, and, according to the computer, working fine. No sound. Ive tried some solutions Ive found on the internet with no success. Many web pages have said I need to re-install my Windows 7. I would do this, but, unfortunately, my windows discs are currently in a boat somewhere between Korea and Taiwan. Has anyone had this problem before or know how to solve it without having to re-install Windows? Any input would be appreciated. PM me with your ideas. Thanks, Eric
