TO BE DESTROYED - 08/29/14 Brooklyn -P (A1011022) A SWEET THROW AWAY MOMMA NEEDS YOU ! A volunteer writes ღ ☼¸.•´¸.•*´¨) Laura is darling in every way! She has a big head, droopy cheeks, and ears that fold forward into perfect triangles. She has definitely been a mom and I imagine she was a wonderful one. Laura maintains a clean cage and is often desperate to relieve herself outside, so she may have house or crate training. She is eager to explore on walks and pulls some, but is still attentive. Laura LOVES treats. She knows sit but sometimes prefers to stand on her hind legs and do a little dance for them. Laura hasnt been interested in playing with tennis balls, but loves to zoom back and forth when off leash in the pen. With a staff member on one end and myself on the other, Laura ran back and forth, making playful gestures towards each of us before bounding towards the other! When she spotted another dog headed out for a walk Laura was very interested and seemed friendly. She hopped on a bench and investigated ways to go meet the other dog, before looking at me and giving a very endearing howly bark! Laura also loves to gently lap up water from the hose - when shes ready for it she looks at it to give me a hint! This sweet, beautiful girl will make such a wonderful addition to a family ღ ☼¸.•´¸.•*´¨) A teddy bear bundle of joy is named Laura! Not only is she huggably beautiful, but Laura has all the markers of a dog you will want to have at home for years and years to come. She tolerates all handling, showed no sign of aggression and is young at 3 years of age. A perky tail sets off her charms which seems to be saying come be my best forever friend! Yes, Laura is lovely and should not be cooped up in the ACC shelter system. And yet, there she sits, waiting for better days to come along. That might not be in the making unless we can spring Laura and fast. The ACC has dumped her on the kill list for tomorrow and noon is her deadline.
