TO MEMBERS OF TANA RIVER COUNTY ASSEMBLY:LET NOT POWER INTOXICATE YOU AND WATERDOWN YOUR ROLES The primary role(s) of any legislative assembly in democracies world over is to act as an oversight body and keep the government in check.In tana county,MCAs have joined the corrupt officials in a looting spree of the public resources.The assembly is a typical toothless old bulldog only prone to innocuous barking and cannot bite.The vast majority of our MCAs in tana river county assembly are doppelgangers (photocopies) while their pples r sufficient to say that we have more than 10 MCAs who r jst photocopys in tana river county assembly. we hv majority leader MCA for garsen central who is jst but a photocopy only representing a section of garreh businessmen of garsen town to cartel for county tenders/ contracts while his people r suffering due to lack of clean water n health facilities r in sorry state, funny enough he is actively mute,politicall y mummified and arm twisted to play to the tune of corruption demogogues. another funny MCA who can kill u wit laughter is MCA kipini East that short, probox-size musa shora he is busy book- warming struggling very hard to get a diploma certificate from a street college in Holla town while hs people of madingo r suffering all sorts of human life suffering better health facilities n clean water for human consumption is a joke of a decade in those areas problems and challenges personified have set up camps in several areas in hs ward.where these MCAs are sent to the assembly to represent. oh my God!! another MCA in tana river county who i thought his people voted him by mistake is MCA for garsen south ward alias councillor jwa ngao Hon hussein gobu alias jabba who always on laxourious trips between Holla n watamu beach resorts the last time i personally spotted ths MCA was in ODA town when he came to clear bad debts he had for Mirra vendors before he ws elected to tht August house drought is joining the long list of problems in oda -tarasaa-gubani..poor education, desolate health facilities,poor infrastructure and corruption in holding the his garsen south ward at ransom.those r jst but few among very many illiterate MCAS we hv in tana it ws just the other day the report of controller of budget shows that tana river spent very little amount of money on developmnt and the most funny thing our tana river county mcas in last budget spent 2.5M to for five good days retreat in Diani to train on how to use social medias Facebook, Twitter& whatsup with their most big sumsung galaxy touch screens phones..what a shame to tana river MCAs? ?? call all ths a propaganda but facts will always remind a fact n soon,I will come up with developmental track records of all MCAs and the challenges bedevilling their wards and whether they are doing something or sleeping on the job
