SUBJECCT TOPIC: THE CURRENT CEASEFIRE PROCESS BETWEEN THE BOKO-HARAM ISLAMIC SECTS FROM CORE-NORTHERN PART OF NIGERIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA. The above Pan-Independence pan Yoruba self-determination Group representing the free cause of over 50 million Yoruba trapped within the federal Republic of Nigeria, expressed their great desires to be join in the current negotiations currently going on between the Boko- Haram sects and the Nigerian State. It must be stated that, the origin of all the attending violent crises within the lopsided un-federal Nigeria federation, is primarily because the political and traditional elites from both north and south of the British created Nigeria, were consciously pretending, to lack the political will to address the fundamental question attached to the unresolved Nigeria National Question, and we are drawing the attention of the whole world and International State Actors to this. If they love the diverse presence of all humanity, as expressly embedded in the various international human rights charters and proclamations, they must insisting that all the political wings of the ruling class elites in the failed Nigeria federation, are due to be tried in the international criminal courts, for perpetration of myriads of crimes, ranging from genocides via promotion of series of wars among the diverse Nations and people’s trapped under their one Nigeria manipulation. Moreover, when the idea of National Conference was, mooted, all the various Ethnic Nations and people’s irrespective of their sizes, saw the conference as a viable opportunity to resolve the hundred years lies of the one Nigeria unity concept, until, the political class and former Nigeria rulers and a section of the country, where Boko-Haram separatists violent activities ,is predominant, gang-up against the proposal of a genuine process, where the national question, would had been answered, via the discussion of whether the unity of Nigeria must remain, or those parts of Nigeria, who were no longer interested in the pseudo federation, would be allow under International law of self-determination, and a better Regional supervised United Nations Referendum ,to go and determined their future political status. The above legitimate rights, was rejected via the insertion of “Nigeria unity is a no go area “when it is so obvious that all the one Nigeria problems and the viable resolution of the Nigeria crises is tied to the areas termed the “no go areas” by successive leadership of the Nigeria state. Again, looking at some factors that is militating against the demands of the Boko-Haram movement, is the reality that, successive years of the hausa-fulani leadership, had concentrated the wealth of southern Nigeria, of which the Oduduwa Nation is a part, as a colonial fief of Hausa-Fulani conversion of wealth’s and natural resources of their original owners, as National wealth under their elites leadership, whether under draconian military regimes in satanic connivance with their powerful traditional leadership and some few southern surrogates, who were drafted into the devious scripts by series of political and economic inducements. The above northern conspiracies against the future of the south, and the Yoruba majority in particular, was cemented in the destruction and dismantling of all federal structures and policies negotiated from pre-independence Nigeria, war, prior to the granting of flag independence to the Nigerian states, while the then three Regions, on which the foundational structure of a future modern Nigeria state, had initially be done, which was later truncated by Ethnic animosities and over zealousness on the parts of the Armed Forces the British colonial government bequeath to the fake Nigeria state, since the end of the Nigerian-Biafran war of the sixties, the had remain sour grape in the mouths of so many victims of the unjust Nigeria state and system, as we have it today. Movement For Oduduwa Republic (MOORE) is drawing the attention of the International Community, that Boko-Haram from the beginning for their current struggles, have as parts of their series of demands, the declaration of 12 States in the core-northern parts of Nigeria, created by successive military regimes, as part of their desires to form their own sovereign Islamic State, under the sharia legal system, similar to the current Saudi Arabia Islamic sovereign arrangement, as their own reactions to the one Nigeria lie, which northern political ,military and traditional elites, in their few numbers, using the one Nigeria sovereign primacy to loot and allocated southern Nigeria resources, which they majorly owns and control ,to underdeveloped the poor people from the same 12 core-northern states, the Boko-Haram movement, is now demanding Islamic self-determination for. It must also be noted prior to the outbreak of the Boko-Haram separatists insurgency, the winds of sharia Nationalism had be blowing among the democratic elected state public of same core-northern state, Boko- Haram is demanding as their own separate Geography, as twelve’s of these state, has adopted the sharia code legal system, as instruments of running their parts of failed one Nigeria, Which implies that, they had technically seceded from the lopsided fake one Nigeria pseudo federation and even the predecessor to the current Nigeria President, while he was Governor of Katsina State, adopted similar laws. The hypocrisy of the one Nigeria elites, was made manifest, when the national conference refuses to address the above reality of the one Nigeria failure, as many of southern delegates, were too personally self-fish to stand-up for the truth once and for all, and liberate their respective Nations and people’s from the Monster of no longer unsustainable one Nigeria. While the President, was also timid to allow these set of one Nigeria criminal promoters, to force him to withdraw his initial statement of “There would be no no go areas” to, Nigeria Unity is not negotiable, just because those who has hijack the destinies of the various people’s and Nations trapped within their one Nigeria private Enterprise, acting under the National council of States, did not want him and his government to genuinely resolve the unending National Question. As, it stand today, we are informing the international community and also most fundamentally to the above international actors, to whom this message is directed to, that, whatever is the agreements between the Boko-Haram sects and the Nigeria State, do not have any positive significant on the same demands of other major Ethnic Nations within Nigeria, who are also in truth and honesty do not want to be part of Nigeria again. We prevail on the Federal Government of Nigeria to open similar negotiations with all self-determination Groups, such like Movement For Oduduwa Republic, and all other pro-Independence Yoruba groups, within the Oduduwa Nations, all pro-Biafran Independence groups within the Igbo Nation, also of that of the Niger-Delta and also of those of the Middle--Belt federation. These above groups would be joined in the current on-going negotiation between the Boko- Haram sects and the Nigeria States to enlarge the process of once and for all, under the mediation of selected representatives of the United Nations and all other State actors, to whom this message is address to, in founding a lasting resolution to the question of “Do all these peoples still want to be together, and if the answer is collective yes, then the terms of living together, which would bring permanent peace, would be worked out by the representatives of each groups, subjected to series of Regional Referendum, which would be respected by all to live in a loose union with each of their peculiarities, and if there is no general yes, those who want to be sovereign on their own should be allowed to be under International law and principles of self-determination, while those who still want to be together, should be allow to do so in their respective terms. In conclusions, at the above meeting, representatives of the government of the Nigeria state, must be observers and no politicians of whatever worth, must be permitted to play any active roles, because, they were the class, who in the open preamble of the American intelligent reports of 2005, where not ready to tell themselves the truth, that one Nigeria is gone. The alternative to all the above process, if not followed, would be a future violent break-up of one Nigeria, where many innocent people would die and the political class would escape abroad with their families and loots.
