TO THOSE WHO PRE-ORDERED THE KURO COILER FROM RBA SUPPLIES. (and haven’t already been refunded) . ***NOTE*** This has ALSO been emailed to you from Jeremy@RBASupplies – Please check your email and respond with your choice via e-mail. ***NOTE*** . It is with regret that we have to inform you that the manufacturer of the “Side Winder Easy Coiler” has decided not to ship and apparently not to produce the side winder easy coil jig. When we kept getting the run around from them on actually delivering on the product that we purchased we opted to file a dispute with PayPal to protect everyone’s funds and through the claim gave them 10 days to comply and produce the product. The 10 days expired yesterday. Product was not made or delivered. Paypal has initiated our refund which they claim to take 3-7 days to process. . THE GOOD NEWS – I think I have found a solution which will make everyone happy… . The reason that I am a day late in sending out this correspondence is because I wanted to lock in a purchase to be able to offer it as a solution to each of you. I have purchased 100+ sets of the product that actually WAS produced by a competing company (the “Kuro Coiler”) in order to be able to offer it to you as an OPTION instead of just offering a refund (though that is also an available option for you). . I am going to eat the extra cost because I care about you as a customer and I want to do “the right thing” as a responsible business and on a personal level. To be honest, the wholesale price is so high that I will essentially be taking a personal loss on the deal but I’m ok with doing that to protect my reputation and to continue to be a stand up business that you can feel comfortable supporting. The only problem is that the manufacturer REQUIRES ME to sell it for a specific minimum amount. . So… I put my thinking cap on and I have come up with the following two options that I am officially offering to you as a result of the original deal not going through: . (Option #1) FULL REFUND I am happy to offer you a FULL REFUND of the amount that you paid for the Jig(s) + shipping. We will issue the refunds via 1 of 2 ways (your choice). You can be refunded via PayPal (Please submit to us your PayPal email address) OR you can be refunded via a bank check that will be mailed to the shipping address listed in your order. . (Option #2) STORE CREDIT We will issue you a store credit for what you paid PLUS $11 (In most cases this will be a $50 store credit) You can use this credit to purchase anything on our site, including the new Kuro Coil Jig ONCE WE GET THEM – Which we are being told will be mid-January. They ARE purchased and this company DOES have a good track record of actually PRODUCING the jigs. . We are required to list the retail price of the Kuro Coil jig set at no less than $50 (which is the other reason we are offering the additional in store credit – so you don’t have to pay anything extra). . As I said earlier, we have already paid for the new jigs, and we WILL offer them to you BEFORE we offer them to the public. YOU will be allowed to purchase UP TO the # of sets that you originally purchased in the “pre-order”. This way, it’s fair for everyone who was interested and there are enough to fill ALL orders if everyone wanted the new deal. . On another note, I would like to personally apologize to each and every one of you, MY customers who pre-purchased this product from me with the hopes of getting it. I also was very excited about them, so I can understand any disappointment that you likely have. I wish this had been something that was within my control, but unfortunately I have no control over it, the original manufacturer flat out dropped the ball. None the less, as a responsible business owner I would like to extend my personal apology to you. . It is important to me on both a personal and professional level to make sure that I do everything that I can do to make you “whole” in regards to the $ that you invested in the pre-buy which is why I’ve offered you the two options that I have. HOPEFULLY you will feel that one of the two is satisfactory for your personal situation. I am OK with either option that you choose.
