TO USE IN COURT: Oh man I’ve just become aware that there is a real big mistake and error going on. I have just become aware of it and thought I better mention to the court because it turns out that there is fraudulent nature, and I do not want to be party to fraud!!!! It turns out I didn’t know the crown are saying I’m a government agent, I just found out today, and I don’t perform a function of government, I’m over here in inherent jurisdiction, they don’t have this authority to prosecute me!!!! I did not know I was willingly participating in fraud please forgive me? Now that I do I have a duty to correct the situation, as do you sir!! I’m David Clapham and I’m here in “propria persona” I was the one charged. I’m not an agent of the government or crown, I’m a common law man with inherent jurisdiction, at the time of the complaint I was a common law man, of inherent jurisdiction!! I have never not been a common law man, of inherent jurisdiction I’m not who you tell me I am, but I will tell you who I am NOT!! I am the authorised representative of the name until someone can prove I’m not I will stand!!! AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE THE ACCUSED IS A TITLE AS FAR AS I UNDERSTAND IT MUST BE IN STATOR IN NATURE BECAUSE IT WAS CREATED BY THE GOVERNMENT, WHEN THEY ISSUED THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE, AND THEN FRAUDULENTLY CONVEYED IT TO ME!!! In essence that would be almost like a licence you are claiming I was operating under, at the time the complaint was made!! His complaint however, I’m not aware of any EVIDENCE that I was performing a function government at the time of the stop!! Motion to dismiss with extreme prejudice!!!
